I grew up in a very small town in central Minnesota. So small that when I got my first banking job, the department I worked in was actually bigger than my entire hometown. That gave me some perspective pretty early on.

I've been in banking and financial services for over 30 years now. I went to St. Thomas and started young, which gave me the chance to learn different facets of the business as I went along. I genuinely enjoyed the learning process. I joined Beck Wealth Management as Client Services Manager in 2019.

My role here focuses on operations management and building the team. I manage our staff and oversee the service we provide to clients. While I'm generally not client-facing, I do interact with clients when needed, and I find hearing their stories and working through problems with them rewarding.

What I love most about this work is the people, building better processes, and watching improvements happen. Problem-solving is what gets me up in the morning, and following things through to resolution is important to me. I try to operate with the highest level of honesty and integrity in everything I do.

I live in the Twin Cities metro now with my husband, Tom. We've been married 45 years and have two children and four grandchildren. When I'm not working, I spend time with family, read, and watch sports. Baseball especially.
